Our first phase is accomplished through our interaction with first responders at a department or individual level. Wherever we interact with first responders, the opportunity is used to share the gospel. Whether through one-on-one evangelism, or small group Bible studies, we rely on the power of the Gospel to make them a new creation in Christ (Acts 1:8. Mark 16:15, Romans 1:16, 2 Corinthians 5:17).
How is the mission accomplished? Three Phases:

Our second phase involves partnering with local churches to assimilate the new believers or those who have had a distant, cold belief rekindled, into the church.
Our partnering churches then take over as the primary disciple maker in the first responders life (Heb 10:24-25; Acts 2:42-47; Col 2:6-7).
Our partnering churches then take over as the primary disciple maker in the first responders life (Heb 10:24-25; Acts 2:42-47; Col 2:6-7).

The final phase is the replication in the first responders life. Courageous Servant Ministries desires to make disciples that in turn make other disciples. As believers mature in their walk, learning to share their faith and becoming an effective witness for Christ is paramount to the replication phase (Matt 28:19-20; Acts 1:8).
